Unworn boots in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for store credit or exchange only. We do not offer refunds.

Sale boots may only be exchanged for a different size, subject to availability. Boots that have been stretched are subject to a $450 restocking fee.

    They did not come in a bag and it disapppointed the owtson I bought them for. The boots were in plastic sleeves. Her second paur so she was expecting the same experience as the first. How can I get a bag for her boots?
