At Petite Paloma, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your unworn boots in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for store credit or exchange only.
As a small business, we have implemented a NO REFUND policy to encourage thoughtful purchases as our luxury products are made of high-quality materials of the utmost precision and craftsmanship.
Boots that have been stretched are subject to a $450 restocking fee.
Boots on sale are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, only exchanged for a different size based on availability.

Exchanges & Store Credit
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it is in its original condition. Once approved, we will begin processing your exchange or store credit. Store credit will be sent via email. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing.
