How do I choose my boot size?

Select your child's size during ticket checkout. Your boots are reserved once your order is confirmed.

 

What if I have multiple kids who need boots?

Need additional pairs for siblings? Directly after your purchase, email customersupport@petitepaloma.com with their preferred size and style for an additional invoice. We’ll remove the Santa photo fee so siblings can join the same session at no additional charge.

 

Can I purchase multiple boots?

Please only select the boot that you want Santa to give at the event. The remainder of our kids boots will go live once the Santa Event is sold out.

 

When can I buy more boots?

Our children's boots will launch first to Santa ticket holders. Once tickets sell out, we'll release boots online to the public.

 

What sizes are available?

Toddler 5-8, Kids 9-13, Big Kids 1-3

 

How do the boots fit?

Our kids boots run true-to-size. We recommend sizing up as kids feet grow quickly.

 

How many pictures will we receive?

You will receive 3-5 photos from your session.

 

When will we receive the photos?

The turn around time will be up to 10 business days.

What is the return policy for kids boots?

You can exchange for another style or size, or store credit only.
