Custom ear pulls cost $200 per strap or $400 per pair.
Can I order custom ear pulls for boots I already own?
Yes. Custom ear pulls are available separately for compatible Petite Paloma boots you already own.
How long do custom ear pulls take?
Please allow 2–3 months from order confirmation for production, plus standard shipping time.
Can I add custom ear pulls to a preorder style?
Custom ear pulls are not available for preorder styles at this time.
How long does monogramming take?
Please allow two weeks from order confirmation for monogramming, plus standard shipping time.
Will personalization affect the other items in my order?
Non-personalized items ship on standard timelines. Custom ear pulls and monogrammed items follow their respective production timelines.
Can I return or exchange a personalized item?
Personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a defect or production error.
Can I change my personalization after ordering?
Personalization details cannot be changed once production begins. Please review your initials, dates, names, and spelling carefully before placing your order.
